All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. OnlyLineage reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize OnlyLineage to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.
OnlyLineage is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with your purchase, including foreign transaction fees.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. OnlyLineage reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of an order confirmation email from OnlyLineage.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the following circumstances:
β’ Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment.
β’ Pricing or product listing errors.
β’ Items that are out of stock or unavailable after order placement.
β’ Failure to meet eligibility requirements.
β’ Violation of any of our Policies.
In the event of a cancellation by OnlyLineage, you will be notified via email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Customer-initiated cancellations are not accepted once an order has been confirmed, as all sales are final.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

Certain products on our website are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order status is clearly labeled on the product listing prior to purchase. By purchasing a pre-order item, you enter into a binding agreement acknowledging that:
β’ The item has not yet been manufactured at the time of purchase.
β’ The full purchase price is collected at the time of checkout to fund the production batch.
β’ Production takes 3β5 weeks from the close of the ordering window, not including facility transit (11β31 days), order processing (1β2 business days), or shipping to you.
β’ All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable. No cancellations will be accepted after checkout is completed.
β’ Timelines are estimates and may be subject to production or carrier delays outside of OnlyLineage's control.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against a pre-order on the basis of shipping time or production delay will be formally contested, as all timelines and terms are disclosed prior to purchase.

SALES TAX & DUTIES

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable law. OnlyLineage complies with applicable US state and local tax regulations.
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority. These fees are not collected by OnlyLineage and are entirely outside of our control. OnlyLineage will not falsify customs declarations or undervalue shipments to reduce duties. Customs fees are non-refundable and do not constitute grounds for a dispute or chargeback.

CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

OnlyLineage takes fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. Before filing any dispute with your bank, credit card provider, Shopify Payments, or PayPal, you are required to contact us first at contact@onlylineage.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern.
In the event a chargeback or dispute is filed, OnlyLineage will submit comprehensive evidence to the relevant payment processor, including:
β’ This Legal Notice and all published Policies.
β’ Order confirmation records including the email address and IP address used at checkout.
β’ Proof that order confirmation and shipping update emails were delivered to the customer.
β’ Product listing screenshots confirming all terms, pre-order status, and timelines were disclosed before purchase.
β’ Tracking records and carrier delivery confirmation.
β’ All communication records between the customer and OnlyLineage.
Filing a fraudulent or bad-faith chargeback β including for reasons expressly covered and disclosed in our Policies β constitutes a breach of the purchase agreement. OnlyLineage reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses, fees, and costs incurred as a result of fraudulent dispute activity to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

β’ Only use brand assets provided through our official Discord channel and only within the scope of the affiliate agreement.
β’ Not make false or misleading claims about OnlyLineage products, promotions, or services.
β’ Comply with all applicable advertising disclosure laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines, by clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when promoting OnlyLineage.
OnlyLineage reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at any time for violations of these terms or conduct that is harmful to the brand.
